Decal Impressions Email Notices & Terms of Service

By responding, or participating in any email with an employee of Magnetic Marketing Solutions Inc. dba Decal Impressions, you agree to the below notices.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED FILE NOTICE

Files submitted for production are not proofed by Decal Impressions staff.  By submitting files for production you agree that you have the authority to use any and all logos, trademarks, and designs, and have proofed the files submitted and are responsible for any mistakes included in your files.  You have verified that the file meets your quality standards and is ready for immediate production.  Any file manipulation requested is subject to an ART CHARGE of $85 per hour billed in half-hour increments with a minimum art charge of $50.  Any and all PMS colors to be matched must be indicated in the body of the email.

 

ART PROOFS NOTICE

We make every effort to produce accurate information. However, mistakes may occur.  Please examine this proof carefully, including spelling and graphics.  Once approval is given, we will proceed with production.  If any errors are found after completion, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for any correction.  Please approve the file by indicating via email “APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION”

 

EMAIL NOTICE
